Plans and limits
What each plan covers, and what happens when you go past it.
| Free | Pro | Scale | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sites | 1 | 5 | 25 |
| Tool calls a month | 10,000 | 100,000 | 1,000,000 |
| History kept | 30 days | 1 year | 2 years |
| £0 | $29/mo | $99/mo |
Checks are unlimited on every plan, including free. The public checker needs no account at all.
The three limits behave differently
They are not enforced the same way, because going past them means different things.
Sites is a hard cap
Adding a site is a deliberate act by somebody looking at the screen, so we refuse it there and then and say which plan you are on and what it covers. Nothing silently fails later.
Tool calls are a soft cap
Tool calls arrive from your website, in volumes you do not control, often at the exact moment they matter most.
So going over your allowance does not stop us recording. Refusing it would mean you go blind during the week your agent traffic finally arrived, and you would discover the gap later, in a report, with no way to backfill it. We keep recording and ask you to upgrade.
Only at twice your allowance does storage stop, and that exists to protect the database from one misconfigured collector rather than to enforce the plan. If we ever do stop, the number of events we did not record is shown on your billing page. A gap you cannot see is worse than one we admit to.
Retention is enforced nightly
Events older than your plan's window are deleted every night, against the plan you are on today.
Upgrading keeps everything you still have. Downgrading loses the tail rather than billing you for storage you stopped paying for.
What counts
One WebMCP tool call, reported by the page snippet. Nothing else is collected, so nothing else counts. If your site offers no tools, you will never approach this limit.
Checks and alerts are unmetered on every plan.
Changing plan
From Plan & Usage in the account menu. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card.
Only the team owner can change the plan. Every member can see usage, because knowing what you are using is not the same as being able to change what it costs.
Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Your entitlement follows your subscription directly, so nothing lingers after it lapses and nothing is withdrawn before it does.
