  • Payment Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect billing information through our payment processor. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

Automatically Collected Information

  • Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with our service, including pages visited, features used, and time spent on the platform.
  • Device Information: We may collect information about your device, including IP address, browser type, and operating system.
  • Log Data: Our servers automatically record information when you access our service, including request times, errors, and system performance data.

Connected Assistants (MCP)

You can connect Orbilo to an AI assistant such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor or VS Code through our MCP server. When you do:

  • Checks run without an account, the same as the public checker. We record the address checked and the result, and keep a shareable report for 30 days.
  • For your monitored sites, the assistant asks for your consent on our OAuth screen and receives a token limited to the team you are working in. It never sees your API tokens.
  • The data a tool returns, such as a report, your open issues or the list of sites you monitor, is sent to the assistant you connected and is handled under that provider's privacy policy from that point on.
  • We do not receive your conversations with the assistant, only the tool calls it makes.
  • You can revoke an assistant's access at any time from the Connected assistants list on the API tokens page.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:

  • The right to object to processing of your information
  • The right to data portability
