We checked 141 well-known storefronts for UCP. Almost every ready one was ready by accident.
A third of the stores we checked publish a UCP manifest, and 46 of the 48 score exactly the same grade. That is not convergence. That is one platform shipping readiness by default while everyone else has not started.
